• Email defect notifications to authorized personnel
• Generate PDF reports when needed

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

What you need to do:

• Provide accurate information when you sign up
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service only for legitimate vehicle inspections
• Follow all applicable DOT and transportation regulations
• Don't share your account with unauthorized users

What you can't do:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
• Try to hack, break, or overload our systems

3. Payment and Billing

• We offer free trials and paid subscriptions
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime - no long-term contracts
